Sadie's favorite line is from 'A Streetcar Named Desire' by Tennessee Williams.
One of my favourite lines in literature is from Tennessee Williams' “A Streetcar Named Desire” which I saw first as a film and then read and then saw on the stage.
The line is, “Blanche says “Sometimes there’s God, so quickly”” and it’s a moment of hope in the life a destitute woman who we know will end hopelessly but god for her suddenly arrives like a light shining on her and it’s a very moving line.
